What You'll Do

Who You Are
- 3+ years in real estate sales with a provable track record
- Excellent communicator in Hindi and English — written and spoken
- Deeply customer-oriented; discomfort with cutting corners is a must
- Self-starter who doesn't need to be chased for updates
CRM
CRM Executive — Post-Sales & Client Experience
What You'll Do
- Manage client communication from booking to possession and beyond
- Resolve queries and escalations with calm, precision, and speed
- Maintain accurate CRM records and proactive follow-up schedules
- Turn every touchpoint into a reason for the client to trust us more
Who You Are
- Exceptional listener — you understand what someone means, not just what they say
- Organised enough to juggle 50+ clients without dropping a ball
- Comfortable with CRM tools; quick to learn new systems
- Empathetic but firm — you can de-escalate without making promises you can't keep
Marketing
SEO Executive
What You'll Do
- Plan and execute all three departments of SEO for project launches
- Own content calendar — social, email, and website — with clear KPIs
- Analyse performance data and iterate fast; no set-and-forget campaigns
- Collaborate with sales to close the loop between lead and booking
Who You Are
- Data-native — you look at dashboards before making decisions
- Creative enough to write copy that converts, not just informs
- Has run real estate campaigns before (or is ready to make a compelling case why you're better without it)
- Proactive communicator; hates silos
Operations
Site Coordination Executive
What You'll Do
- Coordinate between contractors, vendors, and the internal project team
- Track on-site milestones and flag deviations before they become problems
- Maintain daily progress logs and escalate blockers immediately
- Ensure site presentation standards are maintained for client visits
Who You Are
- Extremely organised with a bias for action, not deliberation
- Comfortable on an active construction site every single day
- Strong in written and verbal communication across levels
- Civil/construction background preferred but not mandatory
Sales
Channel Partner Relationship Manager
What You'll Do
- Onboard, activate, and manage a network of channel partners across Jaipur
- Drive business through partner channels with structured incentive programs
- Conduct regular partner briefings, training sessions, and site visits
- Track and report channel performance with clear monthly metrics
Who You Are
- Existing network of real estate brokers/agents in Jaipur — big advantage
- Relationship-driven but commercially sharp
- High energy, high follow-through; your partners pick up your calls
- Experience in real estate channel sales is strongly preferred
