What You'll Do

• Lead the overall marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth across all projects.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, social media, events, and partnerships.
• Own the annual marketing calendar, budgets, and KPIs while ensuring maximum ROI on every campaign.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with inventory movement and revenue goals.
• Oversee performance marketing, SEO, content, CRM, and marketing automation to optimize lead quality and conversions.
• Build and strengthen the company's brand positioning through compelling campaigns, PR, and customer engagement initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and scale the marketing team while managing agencies, vendors, and creative partners.

Who You Are

• 8–12+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in real estate marketing with a strong understanding of residential and commercial project launches.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in digital marketing, branding, lead generation, and campaign management.
• Data-driven decision maker who relies on analytics, dashboards, and customer insights to optimize performance.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM platforms, SEO, content marketing, and marketing automation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Experienced in managing marketing budgets, agencies, creative teams, and multiple project launches simultaneously.
• Passionate about building brands, driving business growth, and delivering measurable marketing outcomes.

What You'll Do

• Design high-impact creatives for digital campaigns, social media, websites, print, and outdoor advertising.
• Create compelling marketing materials including brochures, flyers, project presentations, hoardings, and sales collaterals.
• Develop visually engaging content for Meta Ads, Google Ads, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to translate campaign ideas into effective visual communication.

Who You Are

• 2–3+ years of graphic design experience, preferably in real estate, architecture, or a creative agency.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytelling.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail and the ability to transform ideas into impactful designs.
• Experienced in designing for both digital and print media.

What You'll Do

• Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of residential societies, ensuring smooth functioning.
• Act as the primary point of contact for residents, addressing queries, concerns, and service requests promptly.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams, security personnel, housekeeping staff, and external vendors to ensure high service standards.
• Monitor facility maintenance, utilities, common areas, and preventive maintenance schedules.

Who You Are

• 2-3+ years of experience in society management, facility management, property management, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with residents and vendors.
• Well-organized with experience in handling operations, budgeting, and vendor management.
