2012
The journey started in 2012 when Mr. Aashish Kumar completed his MBA and stepped into the real estate sector as a salesman. While many experienced professionals doubted whether he could withstand the pressure, he quickly proved them wrong by creating waves of astonishment—successfully selling around 70 unsold flats within just a few months.
2013 - 2018
These years were dedicated to learning the real estate business from the ground up. Through constant site visits, deep customer interactions, and hands-on market exposure, he developed a sharp understanding of buyer behavior, common concerns, pricing dynamics, and what families truly expected from their homes. By 2018, this experience had transformed into clarity—laying the foundation for a bigger vision that soon led to the launch of Aashish Group’s first project, Aamor.
2020
Riding on the overwhelming success of Aamor and guided by Mr. Aashish Kumar’s clear, customer-first vision, Aashish Group launched its second project, Govardhan Heights. Built on the trust and confidence earned from the first development, this project reflected a more refined direction—thoughtful planning, smarter layouts, and a deeper alignment with what homebuyers truly value.
2021 - 2025
Building on the success of Aamor and Govardhan Heights, Aashish Group entered a phase of confident expansion. With growing trust from homebuyers and a strong vision for prime locations and thoughtfully designed living spaces, the group launched landmark projects like Utpal, J Park, and the latest addition, Nital. Each project was met with overwhelming demand and quickly became fully booked, reinforcing the brand’s reputation for delivering homes that truly resonate with modern families.
2026
With possession successfully delivered at Aamor, Govardhan Heights, and Utpal, Aashish Group stands firmly as a trusted name in the city’s real estate landscape. Nital, already fully sold out, is progressing steadily under construction. By this year, the group has proudly handed over homes to 1850+ families—building a legacy defined by trust, timely delivery, and a truly customer-first approach.
